DMCA Policy

World IPTV Player is a media player only. We host no channels or content. All streams come from third-party providers that users add themselves. We respect copyright and respond to valid notices sent to info@worldiptvplayer.com.

1. Our Role

World IPTV Player is a media player application. It does not host, store, stream, upload, broadcast, sell or supply any television channels, movies, series, or other media content.

All content played through the App comes exclusively from a playlist (Xtream Codes login, M3U/M3U8 URL, or single stream URL) that the user chooses to add. We do not own, control, or have any relationship with those third-party providers or their servers.

Because we host no content, there is no content on our servers for us to remove. However, we respect the rights of copyright holders and will respond to valid notices as described below.

2. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through a third-party provider infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice.

Please understand that, as a player, we cannot remove a stream that lives on a provider's server we do not control. Where a notice concerns our own software, website, branding, or listings, we will act promptly. Where it concerns a third-party stream, we will, where possible, direct you to or assist in contacting the responsible provider.

3. What Your Notice Must Include

To be valid, your notice should include the following, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c):

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the specific stream, URL, or provider) for us to locate it.

(d) Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

(f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

4. How to Submit a Notice

Send your complete notice to our designated contact email: info@worldiptvplayer.com.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within a reasonable time and will take appropriate action that is within our control as a software provider.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was misidentified or removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including your contact information, identification of the material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringers & False Claims

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate access for users who are subject to repeat valid infringement notices.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.
