Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, opening or using the World IPTV Player application (the "App") or the worldiptvplayer.com website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

World IPTV Player is a media player. It is a tool that lets you organise and play media streams using a playlist that YOU provide (via Xtream Codes login, an M3U/M3U8 URL, or a single stream URL).

World IPTV Player does NOT provide, sell, supply, host, stream, bundle or include any television channels, video-on-demand, movies, series, or any other media content. We do not include any preloaded playlists or content of any kind.

All content played through the App comes exclusively from the playlist and provider that you, the user, choose to enter. We have no control over and no relationship with those providers.

You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access it.

You confirm that any playlist, server, or stream URL you add is obtained legally and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your country.

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or content of any stream you add. Any disputes regarding content must be taken up with your content provider.

New devices receive a 20-day free trial that begins automatically the first time the App is opened on that device. The trial is tied to the device MAC address shown in the App.

We reserve the right to modify or end the trial program at any time. Trials are provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Each device is identified by a unique MAC address displayed at the top of the App. This identifier is used to manage your trial and activation status and to link your device to the playlists you add at worldiptvplayer.com.

You are responsible for keeping your MAC address private. Anyone with your MAC address may be able to view or change the playlists linked to your device.

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every device or stream format.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World IPTV Player and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, Website or any third-party content.

The App, Website, name, logo and software are the property of World IPTV Player. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the software without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
