This Privacy Policy explains how the World IPTV Player application (the "App") and the worldiptvplayer.com website (the "Website") handle information. World IPTV Player is a media player only — we do not provide, sell or supply any channels, content or IPTV subscriptions.

By using the App or Website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We intentionally collect as little as possible. We do NOT ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any social/login account, and we do not show advertising trackers.

Device identifier (MAC address): each device is identified by a MAC address shown inside the App. We use it to manage your free trial and activation status and to link your device to the playlist you add.

Playlist details you add: when you add a playlist at worldiptvplayer.com, we store the connection details you enter (for an Xtream login: server URL, username and password; for M3U: the playlist URL; for a single stream: the stream URL). This is required so the App on your TV can load your content.

Basic technical data: like most online services, our hosting may process standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

We do not collect your real name, email, payment card details, contacts, photos, location, or microphone/camera data.

We do not track what you watch. The App plays content directly from your provider; we do not record your viewing history.

To start and track your free trial and to determine whether your device is active.

To connect your device (by MAC address) to the playlist you added on the Website so the App can load it.

To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Any provider credentials you enter (such as an Xtream username and password) are stored only to deliver your content to your device. They are obtained from, and belong to, you and your provider.

You can remove a playlist at any time from worldiptvplayer.com, which deletes the stored connection details for that playlist from our database.

Information is stored in a secured cloud database. We use industry-standard measures to protect it and restrict access.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device MAC address private, as anyone with it may be able to view or change the playlists linked to your device.

The App plays content from the IPTV provider whose playlist you supply. We have no control over and no relationship with those providers, and this Privacy Policy does not cover their practices.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

We retain your device record and playlist details for as long as your device is active or until you remove the playlist. You may request deletion of your device data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information associated with your device. To make a request, contact us through worldiptvplayer.com and include your device MAC address.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
